Customizing your item is important to me.  Payment will be expected at the time of the order.  Once we've discussed the order and you are satisfied I will ask for payment.   Order turnaround time is typically two weeks depending on the amount of standing orders.  I prefer to communicate through text message, please indicate on the order form if you prefer a different form of communication.  All items are custom unless otherwise indicated and there are no refunds.
